The studio photo above left was taken in 1976 and had clearly gone through a rough time, with the result being quite a number of cracks and some staining and discolouration. For speed of download colours do not show exactly as in reality, however the above pictures are a good example of what can be achieved with digital restoration. The hardest part of the restoration was on the heads/faces of the children, but with patience and skill I believe the work was quite successful. TIME/COSTS: 3 hours @ $25/hour = $75 + P&H (A4 full colour print, CD and postage) Note customer used the CD to organise further reproductions herself. |

The above left photo is of a group of Year 12 students taken on the afternoon of their Formal. The lad on the right was not going to the festivities because he had a job interview 300kms away on the next day. His mother however insisted he have his photo taken with his friends as a memento, but she always regretted he was not dressed in formal wear. With a wave of the magical digital restoration wand and here we are, above right, and he's dressed to kill! TIME/COSTS: 1¼ hours @ $25/hour = $31.25 + P&H |
